Alison Goodwin is a dynamic force in the global performing arts industry. Her career began on the stages of Australia and New Zealand, touring in major musical and variety productions before launching her own performing arts studio in Queensland in 1999. Over the next 23 years, she built a reputation for developing exceptional performers and guiding talent to national and international success.

Now based in London, Alison continues to expand opportunities for emerging and established artists, offering world-class coaching, career development, and professional representation.
Since 2012, Alison has played a key role at the World Championships of Performing Arts, first as Associate Director for Team Australia and, from 2023, as National Director for the United Kingdom. Her expertise in scouting, preparing, and championing elite performers for the world stage is widely recognized.

Alison is also an accomplished international adjudicator, judging competitions across singing, modelling, and acting. Her recent appointment as a modelling judge at the 2025 South African Championships of Performing Arts highlights her continued influence and demand on the global stage.

Her talent roster includes performers who have secured roles in feature films, television series, commercials, stage productions, digital campaigns, and print media. Alison’s commitment to nurturing artists and elevating their careers remains the driving force behind her work, and her passion for helping performers reach their full potential continues to inspire audiences and industry professionals alike.
